Kevin is the nicest man ever!: He was VERY honest, very afforable, straight up, doesn’t try to upcharge things you don’t need. He even does follow-up calls. I love Royal Breeze! Kevin runs his business like a traditional mom and pop company. The customer is always first and if you call him after hours, he will try his hardest to make it over to service you. The very first time I called when my ac broke, he came out and did a full service and then discovered it wasn’t my ac but the cps line outside. He noticed some things that needed attention but was honest enough to let me know I had some time before they needed to be replaced. He didn’t charge for that first call despite taking 2 hours of his time, but I have been faithfully using him ever since. One time, he gave me a quote for constructing a whole new return air outlet, but advised me on how I could get the whole job done cheaper and he would order the parts for me. Talk about honest.
Kevin is a great guy! He goes out of his way for his customers. He explains everything to you that he is doing and doesn’t try to sell you any unnecessary parts. He’s very friendly and affordable . I have called on him several times when our AC has gone out and I will continue to use Royal Breeze in the future! I would highly recommend.
Last night my downstairs air conditioning unit stopped working. I called for help at 7:40 a.m. and said they would try to get help to us during the morning. Thanks for fixing my A/C! What a nightmare I had been through before I called Royal Breeze! I did have a home warranty that sent out two different air conditioning companies. Neither company fixed the problem, and one of them actually left my outdoor unit in pieces, and took parts with them! We had a newborn in the house and these companies said they could come back in 3 weeks! I finally had enough and called Royal Breeze You were able to fix the mess these other companies had left behind. We have since cancelled our homeowners warranty and would like your company to put us on your schedule of preventive maintenance for our a/c and heating equipment.
